REBIRTHING
“...at first pain, resistance. Breathing through it, focusing on the breath. As I breathed deeper into the pain, it eased until it dissolved away altogether. Once there was no pain, it was as if I needed to dip down into subconscious for a moment- like a bird diving into the sea. As I came up to consciousness, this “energy bird” lifted with me.
